A dry, south of France or Bandol style Rosé with layers of fruit and floral flavors like strawberry, raspberry, cherry, watermelon and rose petals.

Winemaker’s Notes

This wine is a tribute to my grandmother, Violet Rose Hackett. Produced via saignée after an eight hour cold soak, followed by long cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
